How do we start working with Step18?
Share your company’s travel requirements with our team. Corporate onboarding includes verification of statutory documents, an NDA and a contract signed by both parties.
Will your team make the bookings for us?
Yes. Our team coordinates bookings and shares the details by email. Tell us your dates, destinations, traveller count and preferences to get started.
Can our employees book their own travel?
A self-booking portal is available on request. Our team will discuss your requirements and onboard your organisation to the tool.
Do you arrange personal travel too?
Yes. Alongside corporate travel, we arrange personal holidays, hotel stays, flights and cruises. Share your plans so we can discuss suitable options.
Can you help with changes or cancellations?
Contact our team with your booking details and the change you need. Available options and any charges depend on the airline, hotel or other provider’s terms.
Do you help with visas, forex and insurance?
We provide visa and passport assistance, travel insurance assistance, and forex coordination through RBI-licensed money changers. Visa decisions remain with the relevant authorities; financial and insurance products follow the provider’s terms.
